Welcome to MLPDS blog!

To make our collaboration successful, we would like to stay in touch with you. This blog will be our on-line forum for updating you about recent developments, discussing papers in chemistry/ML space, and hearing about your experiences with using our tools.  Feel free to propose topics you would like to have covered. While the MIT team will run the blog, we hope that all of you participate. For instance, you can comment on published entries and  author new guest entries. The blog is not open for general public, and can only  be accessed by people invited by the moderators. If more people in your company are interested to gain access, please collect the consolidated  list and send it to my assistant Marcia Davidson (marcia@csail.mit.edu). If you want to be notified when the new posts appear, you can sign up on the right.

A few announcements:

  1. MIT News published an article about our consortium meeting. Check it out.
  2. I promised to record an intro to ML lecture that I gave during our meeting. I will do the recording on 5/24 at 9 am in Stata Center. If people missed the consortium meeting would like to attend the lecture in person at MIT,  they can sign up here. (Of course, the recording will be available to all, but attending in person would allow you to ask questions.)

We are currently working on stand-alone version of the retrosynthesis tool, with the goal to deploy it in your companies. We will keep you posted on the progress here.

Finally, here are a few pictures from the consortium meeting:
